About Shramik Sathi
श्रमिक साथी means "the worker's companion" — and that's the whole idea. India has world-class job portals for office workers and powerful compliance tools for corporations. The 40 crore people who build, weld, drive and run this country got neither.
We grew out of a decade of on-ground industrial staffing in Jharkhand. We've seen both sides: employers drowning in registers and inspections, and workers with no proof of the years they worked.
So we built one platform where the job, the rights and the records live together — for the worker, the employer, and the inspector.
